Talking and Listening

As a follow up to the story we read called ‘A Matchbox Diary’ we worked in groups to create an imaginary story for the item inside the mathbox. Pupils had to share ideas and negotiate. They added lots of detail to make their stories convincing. Pupils really had to work on planning their talk out and engaging with the audience. A fabulous job! Pupils loved listening to each group’s Matchbox diary!
