Today, Rachel from Burns visited to help us improve our gymnastics skills. We focused on learning how to do handstands at a level that felt comfortable for each of us. Rachel set up a variety of stations so we could safely practice and build our confidence. It was a fun and supportive session where everyone got to challenge themselves and celebrate progress!
