P2/3 enjoyed various activities linked to “Mental Health Week” this week. We talked about places where we feel loved, happy and secure and drew a picture of our safe place. We thought about the fact that we are unique. There is nobody else like us in the whole world-that is how special we are! Even our fingerprints are all different-we checked carefully! We chilled out to the ‘Zen Den’ to calm and settle our minds. We thought about those we love and made Valentine’s cards for our family members.
