Our new topic in WAU is called Under The Sea. We will be learning about the different oceans in the world and what animals live in them. Today we created an underwater scene with stencils and felt tips. We also used playdough to create underwater scenes and animals. We added in glass pebbles and streamers to be used as seaweed. We had great fun in the water tray with ocean animals. There were extra resources in the water but some of the children decided that they were not good for the environment and can harm sea animals so they took them out . It’s great to see and hear the children talking about looking after their environment. Mrs Berry created a frozen scene with sea animals frozen in the ice. The children had great fun rescuing the animals from the ice.
